Where We Ship

Our shipping locations include all of Canada and The United States with more countries being added on an ongoing basis. If you would like to inquire about ordering outside of these regions, please contact us. Shipments are fulfilled at our headquarters in Toronto, Canada.

Delivery Times

All orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days and you will receive a notification when your order is fulfilled. Any products leaving the country of Canada are subject to customs holds which may extend delivery times. We cannot guarantee the arrival date of your package but a tracking number will be provided to you for your convenience. If you would like to set up expedited shipping, please contact us here before placing an order. 

Payment

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and are based on the shipping location and overall weight of the products. Please see our Terms of Service and Return Policy for information regarding damaged goods, payment terms, etc.
